I began my Journey with yoga...
after moving to NYC in 2011 and embarking on a quest to find stillness and inner strength in this dynamic, explosive city. I eagerly embraced the community yoga provided me in my first years of NY; the physical and mental strength it granted me through trying times and the steadiness it provided me through breath.
My interest in the practice peaked in 2016 and lead me to pursue a teacher certification to be able to bring the practice I loved so much to others. In Winter 2017, I completed my 200 hour training at Dou Yoga in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn under the leadership of Yuuki Hirano, Ariel Kiley and David Silverberg.
I strive to develop a safe practice for all ages and abilities and offer a welcoming space for my students to discover, relax, re-energize and most importantly have fun. My classes include thoughtful breath work, physical asana and philosophical explorations that challenge students to navigate their own path to truth and happiness.
When not in a studio, I am an avid reader, explorer, advertising woman, travel lover, sister, daughter & wife <3
